In the field of information and communication technology, Hessen has an above-average export proportion of about 18%; it is also one of the strongest European sites for international corporations. This is reason enough to point out the internationality of Hessen in the ICT field and to bring the latest trends right to the doors of the many international Hessian companies.
As part of the International Year 2008, the action line Hessen-IT is networking with its European partner regions and many other international partners.
